What are the delivery charges for orders made in our Online Shop?

Shipping is FREE domestically and internationally with the exception of our Daily Deal products which our subject to our standard shipping rates(1 item=$5.99 each additional item=$2.49).

Which payment methods are accepted by our Online Shop?

We accept and process Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit and debit cards.
We also accept payments through Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

While we do offer some items at 4-7 days shipping, any items not labeled 4-7 days shipping will be delivered in 14 days for U.S residents. If you’re a Non-
U.S. resident, shipping will usually take 15-41 days. All the products will be checked, packed and shipped out in 1 business day after the payment is confirmed. Please allow 2-8 days to receive the tracking number email. If there are any problems please CONTACT US

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order you will be receiving an e-mail from us within minutes to notify you of your order status and that we have received your order and are now processing it. Once the order is processed and shipped out, you will then receive another e-mail to notify and provide you with the tracking number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Absolutely. You will be sent an invoice in the first e-mail that we send out to you directly after you have placed your order with us.

What is the Refund/Exchange policy?

We do our best to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund.
